Today's recipe is radish soup.
Usually, radish is very good vegetables for making soup with beef.
But, I will make radish soup without beef today.
It's very simple recipes but deep and rich taste.
Ingredients : Radish, Green onion, Sesame oil, salt, blackpepper(little), water.
1. Shred the radish and green onion.
2. Pour the sesame oil in pot and put the shreded radish.
3. Stir fry the radish in sesame oil until radish is done. At this step, radish's taste out, so you should stir fry them definitely.
4. Pour water into pot and wait to boil.
5. Apply to salt and blackpepper.It's good to skim the bubble on the soup.
6. Put the shreded green onion and enjoy soup.
The flavour of this soup is little sweet, deep & rich flavour. It is very good for hangover in the morning!
